I heard that Smoothie places use artificial ingredients and lots of calories, how can I have a healthier choice: Banana Apple Oatmeal Smoothie

Banana Apple Oatmeal Smoothie
Yield: 2 (1 cup) servings
Prep: 5 minutes Blend time: 45 seconds Yield: 2 cups (480 ml)
Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) Kangen water
1/4 cup (60 g) low fat vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 banana, peeled
2 tablespoons (20 g) uncooked quick oats
1/2 apple
1/4 cup (30 g) dried cranberries
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix container in the order listed and secure lid. 2. Select Variable 1. 3. Turn machine on and quickly increase to Variable 10, then to High. 4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
